Tempit is a moisture-activated temporary material for filling and sealing in endodontic procedures. It expands moderately upon setting in just 5 minutes or even less while sealing microleakage and microbial ingress to prevent caries.

Tempit contains zinc oxide and calcium sulfate and is eugenol-free, making it safe for patients with allergic reactions to the substance. It has a medium viscosity that requires no mixing and is ideal for direct application into the preparation, eliminating waste and minimizing cross-contamination.
